01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the q222 platform, including the website available at q222.plus and the q222 mobile application for Android. By accessing or using any part of the q222 platform — whether to browse, register, deposit, place a bet, play a game or make a withdrawal — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

q222 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via their registered account. 02 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on q222. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, q222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending balances where fraud or abuse is suspected.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact q222 support immediately. q222 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

q222 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

03 Deposits & Payments

q222 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your q222 account instantly.

• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• q222 does not accept deposits made from proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• q222 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are for betting and gaming use only and are not held in a segregated trust account. Your balance represents a claim against q222, not a separate banking arrangement.

If a deposit fails to appear in your account within a reasonable time after a successful transaction on your payment provider's side, contact q222 support with your transaction reference number.

04 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within a few minutes to a few hours during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• If bonus funds have been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

q222 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual player's standing. We appreciate your cooperation in these circumstances.

If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, the amount will be returned to your q222 account balance and you will be notified with the reason for the decline.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

q222 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified within each promotion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's details.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• q222 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time. Bonuses already claimed and in active use will be honoured under the original terms where reasonably possible.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, or using prohibited betting patterns — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

06 Sports Betting Rules

q222 offers sports betting markets across Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and other international sports. By placing a bet on q222 you agree to the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless q222 explicitly offers a cash-out or edit option on that market.
• All bets are settled using the official result from the relevant sport's governing body. For cricket, this means the result declared by the match referee or the relevant cricket board.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at q222's discretion. q222 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during interruptions or delays in the event.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport — generally voided and the stake returned, unless sufficient play has occurred for a result to be declared under the governing body's rules.
• Bets placed on events that have already concluded, or placed on obviously incorrect odds due to a system or human error, will be voided. Stakes will be returned to your account.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary based on your account tier.
• PSL and international cricket matches are among the most popular betting markets on q222. Standard cricket betting rules apply — including rules around Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results in rain-affected matches.

q222 operates a strict policy against match-fixing, spot-fixing and any form of corrupt betting. Any account found to be placing bets connected to suspicious or corrupt activity will be immediately suspended and relevant information may be passed to appropriate authorities.

07 Casino & Games

q222 offers slot games, live casino, fish games and other gaming products. The following rules apply to all casino and game activity on the platform:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, are facilitated by real dealers in a controlled environment. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of q222's commercial interest.
• Game results are final once a game round completes. No result can be reversed after the fact due to a player's dissatisfaction with the outcome.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, the game will resume from the point of interruption where technically possible. If it cannot be resumed, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Each game title has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is provided by the game developer. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages — short-term results will vary significantly.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on q222 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and possible legal action where warranted:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using q222 for any money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematically abusing bonus offers across multiple accounts or through coordinated group activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party in a commercial or professional capacity without prior written agreement with q222.

09 Privacy & Data

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (dormant account policy details are provided separately).
• Reasonable suspicion that a player is under 18 years of age.

If your account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing on your part, your legitimate balance will be returned. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting q222 support. Any available balance in good standing will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard verification checks.

12 Limitation of Liability

q222 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. q222 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults or interruptions outside q222's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

q222's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in your q222 account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Changes to These Terms

q222 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable standards, or operational requirements. When significant changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and, where possible, notify you via the contact details on your account. The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page.
